What keeps getting pushed to tomorrow?

  • A goal you keep restarting. You begin with good intentions, but the routine falls apart when life gets busy.
  • A priority that never gets your attention. Messages, requests, and smaller tasks keep filling the time you meant to protect.
  • A change you’ve planned but haven’t made. You’ve thought it through. Taking the next step is where you get stuck.

Pick one thing you want to move forward. That’s enough to begin.

A closer look at what’s getting in your way.

John brings a background in military service, investigations, leadership, and social work.

He served as a Marine Squad Leader and later as Detective Squad Sergeant at the NYPD’s 122 Precinct. He holds master’s degrees in Public Administration and Social Work.

His coaching approach asks practical questions: Where does your plan break down? What keeps taking priority? What could you do differently this week?

You’ll work on an action you can try, then look at what helped and what needs to change.
